When we arrived to the restaurant, they told us it would be a one hour wait for our party of 6 because we didn't make a reservation. That was our mistake; if you dine here with a large party, be sure to make a reservation in advance. We ordered a little bit of everything on the menu, and our food came relatively quickly and was delicious. Both the Vietnamese and Thai cuisine were very enjoyable. The chicken in our curry was moist in contrast to most Thai places I've been to, and the spring rolls were refreshing as well. The servers were very helpful. They did their best working through a silverware shortage because of the rush, gave us regular refills on water, and even cracked a joke or two with us. Overall, they elevated our experience. The restaurant has a cozy, upscale-dinner type of vibe, and the price point of $20-$30 per person isn't too bad, considering the quality of the food you get for your money. I would definitely dine here again.

Terrific service. Great food. Extensive menu. We really enjoy Saigon Bangkok! Highly recommend for a casual yet upscale Asian dining experience. The staff is also incredible and thoughtful - it was my daughter's birthday and they brought out cake and ice cream to her as a surprise. Get to Saigon Bangkok - You won't regret it!

This is the best Thai food I've found in the Amherst/Williamsville area so far. I really like the chicken Pad See Ew, the Thai Roll appetizer, Mango Sticky Rice, and Wonton Soup. They're always very friendly when I come to pickup my food (I usually order take out). I feel like their prices are decent as well. The inside of the restaurant looks pretty nice for a sit down meal as well.

My go to thai restaurant! everything is amazing! We got the chicken satay and spring rolls to start and the peanut sauce with the satay is to die for! We both got the spicy udon noodles and that will always be my go to. Every time we go, it's a pleasant dining experience. Service is always great!

I never used to think i liked Thai food, then I discovered Saigon Bangkok. It has modern decor and was such a cozy place to come on a night following the ice storm. We started with their lightly breaded vegetable tempura which had an out of this world dipping sauce. We also had the summer rolls, which were the freshest things you could imagine.i tried Pho. I was a little hesitant, because the first time I had pho at a different restaurant it was flavorless. Saigon Bangkok had the opposite. The broth was to die for. I especially loved the dumplings and greens in the soup. I feel like we have found a new favorite, and our server was amazing with excellent recommendations.
